Brett Colbert is an MD/PhD candidate in biochemistry and molecular genetics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Brett is passionate about the intersection of science, medicine, wellness, and entrepreneurship. Brett’s PhD research uses stem cell models to understand the molecular biology of genetic hearing loss. But he became interested in digital therapeutic delivery when he worked for a digital health startup. He was promoted to Director of Digital Therapeutic Strategy. Brett is bringing his passion for rigorous research and his knowledge of the digital therapeutic market landscape to the NeurOn team. He will be in charge of experimental design, human subjects' research approvals, and data analysis.
